What we know
Listed as "Skate Rust". The page at global-terror.net is TERRORDOTNET, a satirical media brand with a merch shop (Patreon, YouTube and Shopify links). Its terminal menu has a Games section, but the page we could read names no games, and we found no Skate or Rust game there.
