The original game
Set two years after Jedi Outcast, you play Jaden Korr, a new Jedi student trained by Kyle Katarn, who investigates the Dark Jedi cult the Disciples of Ragnos and chooses between the light and dark sides of the Force. Multiplayer modes include Capture the Flag, Power Duel and Siege. The PC version holds 81/100 on Metacritic.
Built on a heavily modified id Tech 3 engine derived from Quake III: Team Arena. Raven released the source on SourceForge in 2013 under GPL-2.0-only; it was taken down soon after, reportedly at Raven's request, and the JACoders group now maintains it as OpenJK. Jedi Academy on Wikipedia
The browser version

The page calls itself a non-commercial fan project that demonstrates OpenJK in the browser, and says it has no affiliation with Lucasfilm, Disney, Raven Software or Activision and does not include any game data.
